How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 10–16 days. Everything ships with tracking from our overseas suppliers, so you can follow your parcel's journey right to your door. Sometimes delays happen (busy seasons, customs, weather) — if your order hasn't arrived within 25 days, just message us and we'll look into it.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout.
What does “fashion jewelry” mean?
Great question! Our jewelry is fashion jewelry — gold-tone pieces with crystal and rhinestone sparkles. It's not solid gold or precious gemstones. We describe every piece honestly, and we think that's the fun of it: all the shine, none of the scary price tags!
What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?
Oh no! Please message us promptly (within 14 days of delivery) at christopherhipes@gmail.com, ideally with a photo. We'll make it right — a replacement, store credit, or refund, whichever is fairest.
