Refund Policy

We want you to love your little treasures! 💛 Here's how returns and refunds work at Angels Everystuff.

30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Just message us at christopherhipes@gmail.com. We'll send you a return shipping label plus instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send items back without contacting us first!

Damaged or not as described?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please message us promptly — within 14 days of delivery — at christopherhipes@gmail.com, ideally with a photo. We'll make it right: a replacement, store credit, or refund, whichever is fairest.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, perishables, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, and hazardous materials can't be returned. Questions about your specific item? Just ask — we're happy to help!
